Refund policy

We want every perfume to bring joy to your life. But if you are not completely happy with our product, you can easily return or exchange it.

Rules and Conditions

Time: You must ask for a return or exchange within 7 days after you get your order.

Product Condition: You can only return or exchange the product if at least 90% of the perfume is still in the bottle.

Sale Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items bought on "Sale" or with a special discount.

Delivery Charges

For return and exchange, the customer must pay the new delivery charge.

The delivery charge for your first order is not refundable.

Damage or Leakage: If you get a broken or leaking bottle, we will pay all the delivery charges to return and exchange it.
